    A book written well over a hundred years ago and stylistically, very much an Edwardian work. One does not see the word " feign" used in sentences often these days, nor references to " Ravenshoe". Overall, it is an excellent summary of the campaign and as it was originally part of the famed British Army History series, strongly represents the British viewpoint.
