A decent place to start for people who do not know the difference between all of the terms, This book is not a scholarly approach, nor does it go into detail for interested parties. The few "first-hand modern accounts" of Vodou and Hoodoo practitioners are given by White females. There is little discussion of how African-descended people incorporate these beliefs and practices into their daily lives.

Been waiting for this one! Looks to be a good overview of the subject. Think it will prove a valuable reference work for the serious root doctor.
