Although the book was very informative on basic anatomy and had great diagrams, it still makes me cringe. This book did not help me at all. The class was more of a combination of Anatomy and Physiology and this book was strictly Anatomy. Yes, I now can identify bones, muscles, nerves, organs, etc. However, the book did not help me figure out the interactions between structures. Maybe not the book's fault? Probably. But I am still angry.

I bought this text book for $9, online, because I couldn't afford the $180 textbook assigned for the class and now all of my classmates look at my book instead of their own. This offers a great visual for learning the body and clear definitions along with helpful guiding instructions makes this a winner.

This book was easy to comprehend but complicated enough to keep one thinking for a first year medical student prerequisite.

A great Anatomy text for a college level student. Detailed enough to interest, but not so much as to be distracting.
