وجدت هذا الكتاب أفضل من الكتاب الأصلي لأنه يشرح العادات باختصار ويحتوي التطبيق العملي خير الكلام ما قلّ ودلّ

Ok, here's the deal. This is a workbook so DON'T order it as a e-book because what's the point? You can't print it or make notes/comments in it so I just wasted 10 bucks. Not much good to just read it without being able to actually answer the questions. Order a hard copy! I guess I thought I could make comments/notes using Adobe Digital but apparently not. I requested a refund because it's pretty much worthless for me but Kobo won't so there you go. Lesson learned. I suppose I could sit with a p [...]

Is there half a star rating? I don't know why this is book is so popular. Maybe it comes in the last half but I'll never know because I gave up at page 150- which I rarely do with a book. My book group wanted to read it and I am certainly glad I found a used copy. It's basically 200++ pages of someone over-intellectualizing common sense ideas such as: Be proactive, not reactiveSet goals with an end plan in mindSet priorities and stick to themBe nice to othersThere are nice platitudes every few p [...]

An incredibly useful book and remains relevant even though the version is read is from two decades ago. Fantastic examples of how the habits can be applied in the workplace as well as at home. Everything was explained clearly with examples. Usually I get bored of such books easily, but I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and highly recommend it.

Books like Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Personal Workbook and its counterpart The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People sell for the same basic reason cookbooks or diet and exercise books do: People are eager to improve their lives. I've met several people who feel that self-improvement books are hogwash and say they don't need a book to give them motivation to do something. That's fine, and if you're one of those people, then this book isn't for you. However, if you do happ [...]

This book is filled with Principle as the author have already mention right from the start it is a collection of principle. It's flow from the natural laws of creations " look at urself as a creator of ur own Destiny" and this natural laws and principles are available to every Individuals, u can use this effective principle to make up ur life more Effective and yet if u haven't found which laws and principle lies beyond this vast universe, pick up this book and u will reveal all of laws and prin [...]

Yeah, I didn't get too much out of it. It wasn't bad, but it's the sort of thing I found myself skimming more than reading. He thinks modern self-help literature should focus more on building up a person's character, and that is the crucial foundation. Based on that, his seven habits are: 1) be proactive, 2) begin with the end in mind, 3) put first things first (so you work towards it instead of getting bogged down in day-to-day details), 4) think win/win when dealing with others (which means you [...]

The book is a workbook for the original title of the same. It is not a book to read as clearly stated, it is a book to write not to read. The mistake that I made is not to work on it in the same time that I read the book so I had to read the book again to follow it up with the workbook and it was not a waste of time. The workshop enforces the information in the book, Highly recommended. Stephen Coven is clearly a great author.

spoiler alert! This book talks about the the habits that people have and the different ways people look at the world. He gives you recommendations on how to improve your outlook on like and gives many stories and examples of these things throughout the book. There was no climax or incident in this book just a lot of intersting facts and stories.

hmmmmmm rubbish self-help book, enough said. There are certain points that are sound for people who are always working in the 'crisis' mode but I believe you don't really need to complete a workbook like this to become a 'highly effective person'. The contents are highly generalised and have no actual value to anyone whatsoever unless you don't possess common senses.

Some interesting thoughts, although it is all fairly basic and somewhat obvious, perhaps because these things have been written about so many times. I found the last 2 habits completely redundant, and generally found the second half of the book much less polished and worthwhile than the first.

Amazing book I referred this book to family, friends and even to strangers. I'm sure that this book will change the perspective of the readers on how they think and process the thoughts. This book really helped me to understand the real problem and also showed how to change our mindset to look into the problem. Great work by the Stephen R. Covey.

I read this book with my night reading group members. It leads me to think about the paradim shift rather than skills. Every chapter is crucial to our life change. I'm planning to read this again this year.

The book this workbook is based on changed my life more than any other book. I highly recommend doing the workbook after you’ve read through the book once. Allow lots of time! I’ll come back to it again.

The philosophy of time management and improving oneself. I found this book simple stimulating and could co-relate my surrounding with the book

I liked this a bit better but again: Couldn't quite relate. It happens between me and self help books. But I mustn't give up if this book taught me something win/win right? 3.5 stars.

An exceptional book. It's an ultimate life manual for building interdependent relationships. It popularizes the idea that "Private Victory" precedes the "Public Victory".

I read "7 Habits" in 2016, did the workbook in 2017. Loved the book, the workbook not so much. Not so bad, really, but, well, it's a workbook.

I really enjoyed this book. It took me awhile to get through it; however, it was a satisfying read nonetheless! It really brings into light how powerful it is know who you are inside, so you can effectively interact with the outside world. Talks of knowing your deepest values really go a long way as one progresses with their life. It gives people direction and meaning in their lives, so they may find their purpose on this planet. Personally, I have noticed people stumbling around on this planet [...]

This is one of the most important books that I had ever read in my life. And, like many of the members at a group like this, I've had more than my fair share of books. And that by itself is a huge blessing.I had first read this in the mid-1990s. But I wasn't ready yet, and I had neglected all the principles which Covey had written here. They were really hard to implement. I was looking for "something that was much easier", like "sub-consciously willing my way to success and happiness". I didn't [...]

The 7 habits of highly effective people is a book about teaching thy self how to improve, how to be a better person and most important of all how to succeed. It is one best books I have read about improving and learning how to succeed and it has affected the way I see myself. This book is a step by step guide on how to build a better character, how to achieve personal success and public success and also how to achieve success in relationships with family, friends, co-workers, and teachers. It is [...]

Currently on page 42. Great book.i really wish I had started reading this much earlier. So much good practical information and insight. Took a while, but I finally finished reading and meditating on some of the material (a lot of it is very useful). This is a must read/must own book. The habits are not easy to follow since they fly in the face of much of what we have been brainwashed in for most of our lives. It is all about commitment and applying them consistently; now that I know what to do t [...]

As it says on the back cover of this book, it ‘presents an holistic, integrated, principle-centred approach for solving personal and professional problems… Covey reveals a step-by-step pathway for living with fairness, integrity, honesty and human dignity – principles that give us the security to adapt to change, and the wisdom and power to take advantage of the opportunities that change creates’. What a gem this book is! Want to know how to live a good life and be effective - check this [...]

My former boss made everyone in the team read it. I love to read, but I'm not into this sort of thing, I must add though, that I have nothing against people who enjoy this and who finds that this sort of thing works for them. I'm not above believing I have many areas of improvement, but I'm more into self-discovery than following a secret recipe of cultivated habits to be successful. I know there's more to it :)

This book is a principle of life. Stephan created a framework that make you easy to follow the principle. Even it simple that actually every one know it, but we all were blind from it by our ignorance. I cut this book 1 star because in my opinion, all examples in this book are too narrative and abstract in my point of view. Anyway, this book is worth o read.

Well, many people admired this book & it was one of the bestsellers, even some people who give human developpment courses used it as a base fot their courses. But I didn't like it that much, I didn't like the list of stories for each habit, I just like simple words then I can apply it on my own life not monitor how people applied them. It's a good book after all.

Found it to be highly beneficial, particularly the emphasis on discovering ourselves first, before we can be effective with others. However, some of the graphs and diagrams a bit much, unnecessary, as if trying to make it all a bit more difficult than needed.
