I enjoyed the book very much, the characters were likable, the friction between the two main characters was a lot of fun. What I didn't like was the book was far too short, it lacked a epilogue which ties up all the loose ends ( relationship, courtship, future )I would like to read about about them visiting other characters in another book from the Author.

This was a short story that was included in The Capture of the Earl of the Glencrae. It is under 100 pages good story for a short story still story was quick and easy read and character driven it was sweet and simple. Basic story the oldest daughter of a duke lost her fiance during war and she becomes a wedding planner and gets second chance at love no big mystery no angst just sweet

Things I would have rather spent my 99 cents on, in no particular order:1. A fountain Coke from McDonalds. 2. A cute cardboard box from the dollar aisle at Target. 3. A download of "Carry On, My Wayward Son" by Kansas in the iTunes store. 4. Three minutes of vacuum time at the car wash. 5. Four gumballs. This was a colossal waste of time and money.

I love this author and most of the books she writes and this one was short but not bad I think I will keep reading her books as they come out
